If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together. Standard and personalised processing times still apply once the pre-order arrives.

We offer exchanges or credit notes for non-monogrammed items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Items marked down due to minor faults are final sale. If unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Monogrammed items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description.

There are no duties or taxes for orders within Australia, New Zealand, or the USA. For other countries, duties may apply based on local laws. These are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer three gym towel sizes to suit different training styles:

• Regular – 90 x 50cm
  Perfect for cardio sessions, classes, or general workouts.
• Large – 120 x 60cm
  Designed to cover benches and equipment during strength training. Great if you prefer more surface coverage.
• Hooded – 130 x 70cm
  Our largest size, found under the Hooded Gym Towel range. It features a built-in hood that slips over the top of benches to keep your towel securely in place.

Choosing the right size comes down to personal preference and how you train. Some people prefer a smaller towel for lighter sessions, while others like more coverage for weight training or equipment use.

Our gym towels are made from microfibre suede, which is a high-quality blend of polyester and polyamide. The fabric feels soft to touch and is incredibly lightweight, making it perfect for your gym sessions.

Absolutely! Our microfibre towels are highly absorbent and absorbs up to four times its weight and dries quickly.

Yes, all our gym towels come with a matching carry bag pouch that you can use to store your phone, keys, or other small essentials while at the gym.

Absolutely! We offer the option to personalise your gym towel with up to 10 letters and numbers using our in-house embroidery machines. You can choose from thread colours black, white, blue, and pink.

We’re currently unable to offer emoji monogramming.

We’ve listed our recommended thread colours on each product page to help you choose a match that complements your towel design.

If you’re unsure, feel free to leave it to us. Just leave a note at checkout and our team will select the thread colour that works best.

In some cases, we may adjust the placement of the monogram to a different corner if it helps the thread colour stand out better against the towel design.

Embroidery is placed on the bottom right-hand corner of the patterned side of the towel.

To maintain the quality of your gym towel, we recommend washing it separately in a cold machine wash and hanging it out to dry. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can reduce the towel's absorbency over time.

Our grip socks come in three sizes:

For washing, we recommend either hand or machine cold wash. It's best to wash the socks inside out to maintain their quality. Avoid using bleach and tumble drying to prolong the lifespan of the grip socks.
