Processing

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is processed.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing prior to dispatch, except during sale periods and Christmas where there may be delays. When personalisation is selected, please allow up to an extra 5 business days for processing, however there may be further delays during sale periods and Christmas.

If an item in your order is on pre-order, all items will be dispatched together. Please note that the standard processing time and personalisation time still apply for all pre-order items once they arrive.

Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Please refer to the below for a breakdown of standard postage costs, which will be applied to your cart during checkout, as well as estimated shipping times.

*Please allow an extra 3-10 business days where there are shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, sale periods or holiday periods.

Returns

We offer exchanges or credit notes on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. At Christmas time, this will be extended for a further 28 days.

The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all original attachments, labels and tags intact, otherwise it cannot be returned. Email us at hello@cheekywinx.com.au and we will let you know the next steps.

Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer when an exchange has been requested, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

We do not offer an exchange or refund on any monogrammed item.

Cheeky Winx prides itself on providing products to our customers that are of the highest standard. We employ a strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items dispatched.

In the event you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, or if you have received incorrect monogramming on your item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by providing a detailed description of the fault, along with photos as proof, via email to hello@cheekywinx.com.au. We endeavour to respond within 48 hours to reach a resolution.

If a refund is requested and approved once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Policy

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. If you change your mind for non-personalised items, we’re happy to offer a store credit or gift note to use for future purchases if the item has not yet been dispatched.
